Hiring for Head of Marketing - Degrees Work from Office 5 Days Working (Sat-Sun Off) Location-Bangalore
What You Would Be Doing - Own the entire marketing charter for acquiring users through all digital & offline channels (Google, Facebook, Youtube, ATL etc) Lead the charter for driving user growth for the learner counseling portal through product led growth, user engagement features/ activities & Organic Be a custodian of the brand across all channels & learner touch points Own the charter for developing insights for user growth, new product development Build content for campaigns through agencies/ inhouse teams Liaise closely with Sales, Product and other relevant teams to deliver numbers and drive strategic projects Drive growth through community marketing like social sharing, referrals, engagement events Consistently expand profit pool, through deep understanding of end to end conversion funnel, business model and investment of budget on the right channels/ campaigns Skills Required - MBA from Tier 1 institute Atleast 5-6 years of experience across digital marketing, user growth, product marketing for an ecommerce/ fintech/ edtech company Demonstrated experience of leading high growth assignments Deep understanding of consumer funnel metrics, traffic metrics, digital marketing metrics with high analytical ability Ability to articulate product requirements/ features for user growth Ability to operate in a fast paced environment balancing both long term and short term goals Experience in ATL marketing is a plus High degree of creativity and out of the box thinking to drive innovative solutionsJob tags
