Job description
Position: Assistant Manager - Secretarial - CS qualified only with 2 years of experience in a listed company.
- Or Inter CS with 4/5 years of experience in a listed company with stability .
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Statutory filings with the Stock Exchanges under applicable SEBI regulations
- Ensuring all applicable compliances under the SEBI Insider Trading Regulations.
- Drafting of Notices/Agenda/ Minutes.
- Conversant with the procedures of convening the board and shareholders meeting through video conferencing.
- Responsibility for timely filings of forms with Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) for all companies in the group
- Filing of Central Government applications wherever applicable
- Replying to the queries of the shareholders
- Interaction with RTA, BSE/ NSE, CDSL/NSDL as and when advised to do so.
- assisting in Investor Grievance handling
- Dividend account management and IEPF formalities
- ESG Sustainability and BRSR reporting
- Any other assignment given by management from time to time
