Job description

Position: Assistant Manager - Secretarial
  • CS qualified only with 2 years of experience in a listed company.
  • Or Inter CS with 4/5 years of experience in a listed company with stability .
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Statutory filings with the Stock Exchanges under applicable SEBI regulations
  • Ensuring all applicable compliances under the SEBI Insider Trading Regulations.
  • Drafting of Notices/Agenda/ Minutes.
  • Conversant with the procedures of convening the board and shareholders meeting through video conferencing.
  • Responsibility for timely filings of forms with Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) for all companies in the group
  • Filing of Central Government applications wherever applicable
  • Replying to the queries of the shareholders
  • Interaction with RTA, BSE/ NSE, CDSL/NSDL as and when advised to do so.
  • assisting in Investor Grievance handling
  • Dividend account management and IEPF formalities
  • ESG Sustainability and BRSR reporting
  • Any other assignment given by management from time to time
