About Us: At Maersk, we are a global leader in Our Fulfilment & Logistics Operations Execution team plays a crucial role in managing and executing inventory, warehouse, and fulfilment activities across various types of warehouses owned or operated by Maersk.

Role Overview: As a fulfilment & Logistics Operations Executive within our Administrative stream, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient execution of inventory, warehouse, and fulfilment activities. This role involves performing skilled technical, administrative, and operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of inventory management processes, including stock replenishment, storage optimization, and inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders and adherence to service level agreements.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software tools to track inventory movements and update inventory records.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and optimize warehouse processes.
- Maintain compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements in warehouse operations.
- Provide administrative support, such as generating reports, maintaining documentation, and coordinating meetings as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Knowledge of standardized work routines and methods, with the ability to apply them in day-to-day operations.
- Ability to work independently within defined boundaries and guidelines, while also seeking guidance when needed.
