Role : Salesforce AdminShift : Afternoon shiftLocation : Chennai-remoteFull time What you will do :- Develop a thorough understanding of various business unit's processes and goals.- Serve as a trusted advisor in requirement sessions and Scrum ceremonies, helping Product Owners translate business goals into elegant solutions.- Aspire for continuous improvement by redefining unofficial, disorganized processes into feature enhancements in Salesforce.- Partner with Product Owners to understand business value, define requests, user stories and acceptance criteria.- Collaborate with the Development Team to build high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform.- A specialist in Salesforce declarative configurations. You know how to maximize Salesforce with clicks, and when it's appropriate to extend with code.- Comfortable diving into the more advanced aspects of Salesforce declarative configuration including the design and development using custom objects, record types, formula fields, workflow, process builder, flows, extending standard functionality with Appexchange tools, configuring complex security settings, and more- Experienced with large scale data migrations and comfortable with extracting, transforming, and loading data into Salesforce- Always release ready. You keep your finger on the pulse of Salesforce upcoming releases,following release notes, and understand the potential value of new features or impact it may bring to our users.- Committed to continuing education on Trailhead and other Salesforce educational resources.- Skilled in the creation of training materials and delivering training to end users ultimately driving an increase in compliance and system adoption.- Develop and maintain documentation of business, team and Salesforce system processes- Enjoy teaching and sharing your experience and knowledge to help others grow in their craft.- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the broader team about platform fit and approach.Required :- 5+ years of technical support experience- Experience leading teams and delivering projects- Experience working with various stakeholders PreferredPreferred Qualifications :- 5+ years of experience acting as a Salesforce or CRM administrator and leading projects- Business education and/or experience- One or more current Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, etc. (ref:hirist.tech)
