Job Title: Store Manager - John Pride The Plus Size Store (Kohat Enclave, Pitampura, Delhi-110034)

Salary - 15-25K (Monthly)

Location: Kohat Enclave Metro Station

Job Summary:

John Pride, a leading plus-size fashion clothing brand, is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Store Manager for its store located in Kohat Enclave, Pitampura, Delhi-34. The ideal candidate will not only manage the day-to-day operations of the physical store but also play a crucial role in processing online orders. Additionally, during spare time, the candidate will be responsible for making phone calls to enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

1. Store Management:

- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the retail store & ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.

-Maintain visual merchandising standards to showcase the latest plus-size fashion trends.

-Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with the central office for restocking.

2. Online Order Processing:

- Process online orders efficiently and accurately.

- Coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure timely dispatch of online purchases.

- Monitor and manage online inventory levels.

3. Customer Service:

- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to both in-store and online purchases.

- Provide product information and assistance during the shopping process.

4. Phone Handling:

- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.

- Handle customer inquiries over the phone, providing information about products, services, and order statuses.

- Make outgoing calls for order confirmations, follow-ups, and customer satisfaction surveys.

5. Administrative Tasks:

- Maintain accurate records of in-store and online transactions.

- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.

- Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling, staff management, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in retail management and customer service.

- Familiarity with online order processing systems.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficient in basic computer applications.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in e-commerce and online order fulfillment.

- Knowledge of inventory management systems.

-Familiarity with the retail industry trends and customer preferences.
