Key Responsibilities:
- Project monitoring and tracking.
- Project planning and coordination.
- Timely completion of projects.
- Monitoring and delivering material, cost booking plan, and system billing.
- Tracking and maintaining project management costs, CTC, and reconciliation.
- Achieving quality assurance goals.
- Risk assessment and IMS documentation.
Job Description:
- Project planning and coordination of MEP projects.
- Intra-departmental coordination (design, purchase, etc.).
- Material management coordination.
- Complete documentation of projects.
- Decision-making about time and cost overruns.
- The interface between the site and HO.
- Project kick-off and mobilization with the project manager.
- Follow-up with PMC for technical issue clarification.
- Project tracking in MSP/Primavera and updating of DPR, WPR, MPR, etc.
- Maintaining and updating project MIS every month and escalating deviations.
- Project INDAS billing.
- Facilitating client billing.
- Training and development of subordinates.
- IMS compliance, documentation, and follow-up.
Requisite Qualification:
- Essential: B.E./B.Tech./Diploma in Engineering.
- Preferred: B.E./B.Tech./Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Requisite Experience:
- Essential: Minimum 7 years of experience for degree holders; minimum 9 years of experience for diploma holders with a relevant MEP planning profile.
- Preferred: NICMAR, PMP.
Special Skills Required:
- Essential: project management skills; knowledge of MEP materials and work methodology; knowledge of MS Project.
- Preferred: Well-versed with Primavera P6.
