Job description
JD for New Product Development:
1.Conduct Market research to identify customers needs and preferences. 2. Prepared project brief for new product Development 3. Coordinates with cross functional team including R&D, Production, Media, Sales-Marketing & other related departments.
4. Evaluate product performance and Make recommendations for Improvement in Product.
5. Monitor marketing trends and Competitors activities to identify opportunities for innovation.
6. Apply knowledge of surfactants and detergent for home care product development.
7. Apply knowledge of fragrances & Essential oils for Agarbatti and fragrance development.
8. Closely work with R&D team for product development. 9. Prepared brief for project escalation and fast track project based on marketing demand.
10. He should have knowledge of Agarbatti raw materials, finished Agarbatti and fragrance.
11. Tie up Coordination and Follow up with universities/Institution for product development.
