Job Description
Atleast 4-5 years of experience in Desktop EUC environment using leading methodologies (Windows 7 & 10 platforms) & processes with some network and firewall knowledge preferred. Provide IT Support to existing infra, implement new systems, maintain and resolve and analyze issues and provide mitigation or preventive solutions. Provide technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware and software Install hardware equipment, software and maintenance agreements Perform acceptance testing of installed/upgraded equipment Oversee integration, compatibility and continuing operations of systems to ensure minimal disruption Prepare, propose, implement and track projects, policies, procedures and standards relating to Technology Management, IT security and infrastructure as a whole. Respond, document and resolve service tickets in a timely manner and according to Service Level Agreements. Perform ad-hoc root cause analysis, develops checklists for typical problems and defines methods for issue resolution and prevention Experience in RFP documentation, clarification, negotiation and completion of procurement cycle Experience in MS Windows environment & application support. Knowledge in Microsoft Active Directory. Proficient and deep understanding on Microsoft Active Directory including deploying, configuring and managing GPOs Experience in implementing or working in environment with Network Access Control solutions with posture checks Experience in End user device deployment and planning in manufacturing industry is an added advantage. Sound understanding and hands on experience in all phases of the project lifecycle Effective written and verbal communication skills Provide technical direction in detailed design to projects and programs Work with IT teams and partners to establish technology targets for infrastructure, cloud, network and telecommunications systems Should be ready to work in 24X7 Shifts Flexibility to work outside of Business Hours to support any critical issues Closely work with Bottom Quartile workers and ensure in upskilling them Knowledge on and ability to follow Incident, Request, Problem and Change Management Process. Ability to work on multiple concurrent tasks with conflicting priorities Excellent analytical and organizational skills and the ability to work with multiple geographically dispersed teams
