Job Overview As Project Manager in CEO office the candidate will be responsible for driving and delivering all CEO initiatives with the respective cross functional teams:
- Defining and outlining projects basis organization priorities : Work with the CEO to translate organizational goals into projects with timelines, key stakeholders and delivery milestones
- Roll-out and status update of key projects: After CEO and relevant approvals, roll-out projects to relevant teams and track progress. Present status updates, work with key stakeholders to ensure timely and high- quality delivery
- Managing External relationships: Managing CEO meetings with external stakeholders- clients, investors, Group company management, Media partners etc. Do the pre-meeting work and define post-meeting action items.
- Screening and quality assessment of internal reports: be the gatekeeper for the work submitted to the CEO office. Review with the teams before hand and handle changes/edits etc done before presenting to CEO.
- Standardizing cross function process, defining Sops, org restructure and similar assignments. Liasoning for any cross function dependencies.
Desired Skills And Capabilities - Business acumen: You should have a strong understanding of business and revenue models, ability to translate business goals to functional goals for the organization
- Leadership Skills: You possess strong leadership skills to effectively manage relationships with senior executives (CEO direct reportees) and senior peers. Ability to get work done without having reporting relationships with the teams.
- Strategic Planning: You should be able to track progress against the annual operating plan (AOP) which will include, revenue plan, cost and headcount projections.
- Communication Skills: You possess excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with senior team members, and other stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: You possess strong analytical skills to be able to work with large data sets, create actionable and insightful reports.
- Highly detail oriented and organized way of working
- Should beorganized and meticulous in day to day work, to be able to handle a variety of projects at a given point of time.
