Sales Logistics Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Logistics Specialist at First Connect Worldwide LLC (INDIA) located in Noida. The Sales Logistics Specialist will be responsible for managing logistics, coordinating with stakeholders, and handling freight forwarding activities. They will also be responsible for customer service, sales, and communication. In this role, you will be working in a dynamic and challenging environment every day.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple locations
• Customer service skills with the ability to handle enquiries, complaints, and feedback from customers
• Sales skills with the ability to pursue sales leads and convert them into customers
• Logistics management skills with the ability to manage transportation, distribution, and warehousing
• Freight forwarding skills with experience in documentation, cargo handling, and customs regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the transportation and logistics industry is preferred
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
