The Core role (Responsibilities)
Job Description:
• Role End-to-End ownership of the Sales and Growth of the city.
• Monitor daily / weekly business and drive improvements to improve numbers and deliver monthly
targets.
• Hire, monitor, and manage a team of Loan and Sales Manager.
• Single point of contact between the ground Sales team and the central team.
• Training and mentoring team members on a regular basis and give them pointed feedback Skills.
• Ensuring Ops processes and policies set forth by the company are implemented on the ground and
monitored to ensure 100% adherence.
• Coordinate and plan with cross functional operations, central teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Highly aggressive Team Manager & Motivator Target oriented and data-driven approach to sales
• Timely interest collection and recovery of over dues- minimizing NPA status of accounts as well as
auction of gold
