Job Description – Client Servicing - Internal Communications

The opening for the client servicing role in the domain of Internal Communications and Employee Engagement, includes servicing large corporates for their communications needs related to strategic messaging, leadership communications, creating campaigns to engage or inform employees, culture and values reinforcement campaigns and building the employer brand for the client.

Planning and execution Orientation

Should own the following tasks:

- Brief taking and brief development

- Campaign development for employees and leaders of companies

- Understanding of content strategy

- Should know how to develop content development as per the content strategy

- Internal collaboration with designers and writers. Ensuring that everyone has understood the brief right leading to delivery in a timely manner

- New content ideas / suggestions in a proactive manner

- Regular follow-ups with client and their teams on every aspect of delivery

- Documentation - from emails to case studies: Brief capturing, Minutes of the meeting, Reporting – monthly, quarterly, half yearly, Case study development

- Vendor management and vendor base build-up

- Quality check – total delivery quality ownership – content quality, design quality and timeliness

- Quarterly feedback from the client
