Job Description:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who has experience in the Information technology (IT)/ Technical recruitment. In this challenging, fast-moving, candidate-driven market, the ideal recruiter will be highly motivated and tenacious.

Roles & Responsibilities: Technical expertise and an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles. Recruit candidates for Junior, Mid and Senior-level IT specialist roles at leading global businesses Source and Screen candidates to ensure that only the best-qualified are put forward to clients. Write and post technical job descriptions on IT specialist job boards, social media, and other relevant channels. Source, screen, and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. Build and maintain candidate database to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified applicants. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 7-9 years of experience in IT or technical recruitment. 2-3 years of experience in managing a team.
