Specialist Technical Designer – IT Infra Bangalore (Job Code : J47583)
Exp : 11 - 16 Years

Key Skills : IT Infrastructure solutions,Cloud,Backup,VMware,Storage

• 11+ years of experience in designing and implementing IT Infrastructure solutions based on Cloud ,Virtualization Storage and Backup Technology
• Good Understanding of the Cloud Stack (Private or Public)
• Experience in Pre-sales activities and Post-Sales support
• Sizing and Capacity planning for IT infrastructure Solutions
• Understanding of Non-Functional Requirements for IT Infrastructure Solutions
• Capability to design and implement highly scalable, reliable and performant IT Infrastructure Solutions around converged Infrastructure.
• Strong Knowledge on Public cloud /Private Cloud
• Understanding of Cisco UCS (C and B Series equipment), Fabric Interconnects, Network configuration, Cisco Nexus Switching (55XXUP), including integration to legacy environments
• Good Understanding on designing, sizing and configuration of VMWare virtualization solution
• Good Understanding of BC/DR solutions including VMware's Site Recovery Manager
• Good Knowledge on Storage technologies from either Brocade or CISCO
• Understanding of Latest Datacenter concepts (Physical and Virtual)
• Designing High Availability and Disaster Recovery Solutions
• Good Understanding of Replication technologies
• Good Understanding of Cloud, Infrastructure automation and orchestration
• Coaching, mentoring & training of other Infrastructure Technologists in his/her area of expertise
• Self-driven professional able to handle technical/team escalations
• Knowledge of public cloud platform

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering
• Minimum 11+ years of relevant experience preferable in the area of large scale & complex Transformation program on IT Infrastructure
• Minimum 5 years of hands on experience in implementing Enterprise Storage & Backup Solutions
• Minimum 3 years of Experience on Designs (HLD and LLD) around IT Infrastructure Solutions
• Professional Level industry standard certifications on EMC, HP3PAR Storage, Cisco UCS, VMWare.
• Prior Presales and Multi-vendor environment experience
• Knowledge of commercial and financial processes
