Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with clients, providing them with personalized attention and ensuring their satisfaction
- Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Assist clients with account setup, onboarding, and provide ongoing support
- Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional products or services
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide comprehensive solutions
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and update client information in the CRM system
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies to maintain the highest standards of service
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the financial services industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Proficient in using CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and other relevant software
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of financial products and investment strategies would be an advantage
