Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter

Job Locations: Vadodara

Shift Time: US shift (Night shift) 

Work Hours: Mon - Fri (Week Off: Sat & Sun)

Shift Timings: 8 pm to 6 am IST

Office Location: Vasna Road, Vadodara.

Roles & responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the hiring manager to understand the specific needs and requirements of clients in the healthcare industry.
• Source and attract top-tier healthcare professionals for a variety of positions, including physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff.
• Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and reference checks to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and professional associations, to identify potential candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future healthcare positions.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage the recruitment process, and provide regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in healthcare recruitment.

Skills required

• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Proficient with MS Office (preferred)
• Go-getter attitude
