Human Resources Executive

This is a full-time HR Executive role located on-site in Ahmedabad. The HR Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and managing all aspects of human resources.

• Experience in HR management, HR operations, and HR policies;
• Knowledge of employee relations;
• Ability to address employee issues with objectivity and sensitivity;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills;
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred;
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include knowledge of local labor laws, experience in a leadership role, and an understanding of HR technology and tools.
