Job description
Architecture and Design
- Proven experience in architecting various software applications.
- Object Oriented Programming and Design, Algorithms, Analysis and Patterns.
Documentation: Create and maintain various technical documents with expertise in architecture and design docs.
Development: Hands on leader and should be strong in backend development
- API / Server / Middleware development using modern programming language (e.g.: C# OR Java)
- Databases (e.g.: SQL Server OR Oracle).
Agile
- Understanding requirements, raising queries and converting to software solutions / specs / design.
- XP - Version / Source control, code review, unit, and developer testing.
- Scrum ceremonies – As a scrum member, knowledge and participation in planning, daily scrums, demo, and retrospective
Requirements Experience: 5 - 9 years of relevant experience.
Education: B Tech / BE / MCA preferred
Communication
- Good verbal and written communication in English.
- Interaction with North America / Europe clients during flexible hours.
- Team player who can effectively collaborate with other team members and stakeholders like Client team, QA, Product, DevOps.
Technical supervisor / mentor
- Lead, guide the team, remove technical blockers.
- Provide training and support to new team members and other stakeholders.
Learn - Passionate about technology and should be willing to quickly learn new technologies and deliver.
Preferred:
- Should be willing to improve / learn Frontend development to be a Full Stack Architect in future
- Web / Browser based client – HTML, CSS, JavaScript / jQuery / React. OR
- Mobile Apps – React Native or core native technology for Android / iOS.
Maintenance - Help troubleshoot and fix production issues.
Cloud / DevOps - Any experience is plus.
