Develop and execute strategy to build a commercial function including driving product synergy and sales effectiveness through B2B and B2C channels to fulfil short and long term growth.
Develop and execute strategy on sales in each of the globally identified markets to fulfil growth and annual profitability targets.
Meet and understand customers' products requirements (including technical specifications) in each market and translate the requirements to production, deliveries and allocation.
Drive coordination of global production and allocation by coordinating with Production, Logistic, Technical and other relevant Departments on issues relating to product quality and Tracking Satisfaction.
Build positive business relationships with key accounts / customers for long-term business sustainability.
Develop marketing strategies to establish proper market positioning, pricing, and segmentation of the company's products in alignment with business objectives to support the growth targets.
Requirements
At least 15 years of successful commercial management experience
Strong understanding of product knowledge and customer needs
Strong in operations, demonstrated experience in managing the value chain from production to customers
