Role And Responsibilities We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Medical Representative to join our team in Siliguri (West Bengal). In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with doctors and chemists, identifying potential clients, and coordinating with sales and marketing teams. Your main objective will be to increase the market share and prescription share for Apollo Pharmacies.
- Your key responsibilities will include:
- Having good knowledge about the territorial market, including doctors, chemists, and potential clients
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with doctors to add value to our business
- Identifying potential clients in the trade market and encouraging them to refer their prescriptions to Apollo Pharmacies
- Regular coordination and follow-up with the sales and marketing teams to ensure execution of collateral, inputs, and activities
- Ensuring accurate maintenance of the customer database for smooth coordination with the sales operation team
- Providing regular updates on doctors' feedback to the line managers to improve the market share and prescription share
Candidate Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Pharma Sales & Marketing or Healthcare Industry Sales & Marketing
Required Skills - Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
