Job Role : BI Dashboard developer Experience : 2+ years Location : BangaloreMode : Work From OfficeJob Summary :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power BI Dashboard Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in developing and designing Power BI dashboards. They will be responsible for transforming data into visually appealing and insightful dashboards that drive business decision-making.Must-Have Skills/Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar role. - Must have experience developing simple to complex dashboards using PowerBI.- PowerBI report/dashboard development via expertise in all aspects of Power BI. - This means data analysis, data/report development and data presentation.- Very good experience in PowerBI, SQL and Excel is must.- Strong understanding of data modelling concepts and data warehousing principles.- Experience working with SQL databases and extracting data using SQL queries.- Good to have knowledge on Tableau, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.- Certifications in Power BI or related areas would be advantageous.- Good communication skills to be able to discuss and deliver requirements effectively with the client teams.Key Responsibilities :- Develop, design, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.- Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI.- Run data validations and checks on PowerBI reports.- Take an analytical and visual approach to translate data into informative reports.- Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive and insightful dashboards.- Clean, transform, and model data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.- Create data visualizations, including charts, graphs, and maps, using best practices for data visualization and user experience.- Optimize dashboard performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.- Provide training and support to end-users on how to use Power BI dashboards effectively.- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Power BI and data visualization techniques.- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to data analytics processes and tools.- Understand business requirements in BI context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights.- Design, develop, test, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform detailed analytics.- Perform DAX queries and functions in Power BI.- Create customize charts and custom calculations as per requirements.- SQL querying for best results, use of filters and graphs for better understanding of data.- Performance tuning for data model and dashboard.- Advanced DAX, Power Query, PowerBI modelling.
