Role Overview:

The HR Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the administrative functions of the HR department. This position involves a combination of administrative, organizational, and managerial responsibilities to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of HR processes. Will work closely with the leadership team, coordinate various HR activities, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Manage and supervise daily HR administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee the maintenance of HR records, including employee files, databases, and documentation.
• Coordinate and facilitate HR processes such as Induction, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks related to employee lifecycle events.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of employee records, including contracts, letters, etc.
• Coordinate and track employee leaves, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance and resolution.
• Oversee the HR Information System (HRIS) and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Generate reports and provide data support for HR analytics.
• Collaborate with the L&D manager to align training and employee engagement initiatives with the organizational objectives.
• Ensure compliance with the HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Competencies:

Technical:

• Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• Proven work experience as HR Operations Manager, HR Manager, or similar role
• Good knowledge of relevant labor laws and legislation
• Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
• Ability to develop clear and fair company policies.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities

Qualifications and work experience:

• Master's degree in human resources from a reputed institute.
• 8-12 years of relevant work experience.
