Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Billing & Tendering Engineer at Jay Infra in Navi Mumbai with flexibility for some remote work. The Billing & Tendering Engineer will be responsible for processing and verifying billing and tendering information, maintaining billing information, assisting clients in the billing process, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of invoices, and ensuring compliant and accurate billing procedures in consultation with relevant authorities and regulations. Qualifications Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Auto cad, STAADPRO Experience with project management and tendering procedures Cost estimation by rate analysis & Budgeting, Cost control, Risk management, Compliance Experience in billing and invoicing in Internal Finishes work Documentation, invoice billing, record keeping , certification of sub contractor's / vendor bills and collaboration with finance and purchase team Ability to work independently and within a team environment, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines Understanding of relevant laws and regulations with respect to billing and tendering Attention to detail and accuracy in work product Commitment to ethics and integrity in conducting business and handling informationJob tags
