Looking for a challenging position, in the area of Press Shop & Fabrication where we can utilize your expertise and Experience in Production
About the responsibilities of the position: The main activity of the production supervisor is that he is responsible for all the shop flower activities as peer following job profile. .
Reporting to : Manager
Educational Qualifications : Bachelor of Engineering in the stream of Mechanical / Production. Or Diploma in Engineering in the stream of Mechanical
Desired Experience : Min 2 years experience in a Manufacturing company preferably in a press shop & weld shop
Skills Set required/Job Profile :
Supervision / Planning / Handling of press shop & weld shop
Working as the coordinator in TPM activity
Production planning and execution through MRP by SAP also have. Knowledge of KANBAN, inventory control, Tact time
Knowledge and application of the 8-D system for root cause elimination of the Problem.
Also having knowledge and application 7 QC tools such as 5analysis, cause and effect diagram, Pareto analysis, histograms, flowcharts, control charts & scatter diagram.
Initiator and leader of the 5 'S' systems setting 5 'S' culture in the Organization
Worked on SMED project to reduce the die setting time up to nine minutes
Knowledge of FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP etc
Must have experience in production activities in Press Shop & Fabrication
Exposure in TPM, TS
Salary: up to 2.60 LPA
