- Client Relationship Management:
- Connect well with IT clients, know their tech needs and business aims. Be their go-to person, handle questions and issues smoothly.
- Sales Presentations:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations highlighting the features and benefits of our IT products and services.
- Customize presentations to address specific technical requirements and showcase the value proposition.
- Proposal Development:
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to create persuasive proposals for IT solutions.
- Make Proposals accurately reflect client expectations and demonstrate a thorough understanding of their IT needs.
- Negotiation and Closure:
- Participate in successful negotiations to resolve technical issues and objections in the IT field.
- Close deals, achieving or exceeding sales targets for IT products and services.
- Market Research:
- Stay informed about IT industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Use market insights to identify new business opportunities within the IT sector.
- Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities within the IT domain and update the CRM system regularly.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and progress in IT business development.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive within the IT industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities within the IT domain.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced IT environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications - Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques within the IT sector.
- Previous success in achieving and exceeding sales targets for IT products and services.
