Job description

To attend client meeting as when required.

To act as client liaison when necessary and continue to maintain, build client relationships ensure quality delivery to a high standard.

To work with other departments to determine requirements for events and to maximise income from these events.

To support and direct the team and ensure they are aware of and are working in accordance with current company policies and procedures and relevant Health and Safety legislation.

To work to a budget set by the company and ensure that all financial matters are managed in accordance with company policy and procedures and that departmental recharges are recorded accurately.

Manage all areas of the budget reporting back to relevant manager in charge of event when necessary.

Any other duties as may be reasonably required

Requirements

Lead identification using internet, tele calling and existing contacts.

Ensure meetings are fixed with prospective brands and corporate houses.

Must have the aptitude to present the company credentials to brands corporate houses.

Meeting targets to be met on a weekly/monthly/yearly basis.

Managing client briefs end to end liaising with creative, operations department reporting manager.

Creatively inclined on brands corporate business.

Brainstorming with creative for ideation of briefs received.

Liaison with operations during planning of events.

Responsible for end-to-end delivery of all clients' needs at all times.

Responsible for project work orders, advances from clients payment closures for EBlitz.

To attend weekly morning meetings as required.

Responsible for project basis submission of costing, P L, and maintaining organised documentation.

To work closely with the reporting manager to increase the clientele database.
