Job description
Solution Architect :Location : BangaloreHybrid mode, 2 Days from OfficeKey responsibilities :- Works with in cross competency teams to address business needs and system design. - Technical solution design and development through implementation across modules/systems/services and integrated solutions. - Defines and documents development standards, best practices and methodologies and ensures effective performance testing. - Architect, design scalable, secure enterprise solutions- Responsible to ensure that documentation of the architecture and design, procedures for development and maintenance are developed and maintained.- Assists in developing program/project budgets.- Reviews technical platforms and coding languages and recommends standards/changes.- Oversees large projects delivery including technical guidance and supervision.- May oversee contingent worker development activities to ensure delivery according to schedule, cost and quality. - Accountable for technical delivery of software development products- Collaborate across function and technical teams to understand and provide solutions to critical challenges.- Adopt to modern technologies and guide developers on the same- Lead, Mentor and guide the technical delivery teams- Collaborate with portfolio and product owners, ensuring successful execution of the projects.- Be a product liaison for the products developed to cross functional teams and support, also on the domain knowledge acquired thereafter.- Ability to communicate with cross-functional teams about various engineering topics such as system architecture, detailed design, APIs, project schedules etc.- Ability to analyze and propose solutions to high value critical challenges for the development teams- Ability to communicate with senior executives within the team and in business functionsTechnical Requirements :- Demonstrate skills with a variety of development methodologies and ability to adapt these to the needs of an organization using Agile processes.- Well versed in Microsoft technology stack and experience in modern front end development languages - Basically, have technical breadth ex. React, Angular, python, .net core etc.- Knowledgeable and experienced with serverless applications, Event driven programming- Experience in designing and implementing Microservices, service-oriented architecture, REST based services and orchestration of APIs for web and mobile applications.- Experience in designing and implementing cloud ready and cloud native applications, Azure or Aws.- Very good understanding and hands-on experience on multiple software engineering languages .NET, NodeJS, .NET Core, SQL, No-SQL etc.- Understanding of software development lifecycle, DevSecOps (build, continuous integration, deployment tools, security scan tools, code quality checks) and standard methodologies.- Understanding of both front-end and back-end web technologies: XML, JSON, CSS and JavaScript- Exposure to Azure cloud solutions/services and implementation of the same- Knowledge of secure coding practices, compliance, open-source technologies, and frameworks.
