At Sutra Marketing and Events LLP, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development and Client Servicing Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both business development and client relationship management, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience. This role is essential in driving growth, fostering client satisfaction, and ensuring the continued success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
· Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
· Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking prospects and opportunities.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
· Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities.
· Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients.
· Negotiate and close deals, meeting, or exceeding sales targets.
· Establish and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances to expand the business.
2. Client Servicing:
· Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and addressing their needs proactively.
· Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and check-ins.
· Understand client goals, objectives, and pain points to tailor solutions that meet their specific needs.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, project success, and the delivery of promised services.
· Resolve any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
· Monitor client accounts, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to clients.
· Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
· Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in business development and client servicing, preferably in the events field.
· Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability.
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
