Job Description:Delivering Application Support for Legacy E2vault and DOC1 Designer application (Pitney Bowes DOC1 -version 5.6). Should have experience in Design and testing of e-statements/e-letters using the document composition tool. Interacting with the Clients to obtain requirements for the changes. Monitoring overnight batch runs and fixing issues related to batch failures Performing purging and doing remediation activity , handling E2vault server patching activity. Responsible for planning Year end activities and volume projections to refrain from batch issues . Providing estimation for all the templates that needs to be developed and creating work order for the project. Preparing transition documents and Ready Reckoners for future project upgrade Basic Knowledge on Windows Batch Scripts. ITIL Process Knowledge and Familiar with Service Management Tools. A Team Player with Good Communication Skills with Sense of Responsibility.Skills Required: Designing knowledge in DOC1 templates - Pitney Bowes -version 5.6 (Primary - Must Have) E2Vault Exposure (Secondary Good to Have) Windows Batch Scripts (Good to Have) ITIL Process Knowledge Service Management Tools Good Communication SkillsExperience/Band: 4 to 6 Years / 1.2 or 2.1 (1.) To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussionsorreview as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations). (2.) To be responsible for providing technical guidance or solutions define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team. (3.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity (4.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
