We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a team of field sales representatives, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead, motivate, and manage a team of field sales representatives. - Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas - Research particular accounts and follow or generate sales leads - Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. - Understand client needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
