Job description Min.0 -2 years of Support experience Good knowledge of Basic Hardware & Software skills Ability to handle customer calls Good in problem analysis, troubleshooting & requirement analysis Fast learner and can pick up new technologies Good communication skills in English Hindi is mandatory Bachelors degree in any discipline Work Location : Velachery, Chennai Responsibilities Helping our customers with all issues via email tickets, chat, and over the phone Provide online training to customers using remote desktop tools Assisting new customers to do software setup& data import Responsible for renewal and Monthly Recurring Revenue(MRR) from existing customers Work independently and use internal CRM tool efficiently Give timely support to customers Comprehend new requirements of customers to the development team Collaborate with channel partners in delivering joint customer engagements Collecting customer feedback regularly and getting new references for the sales team Be proficient in customer service processes, workflow, and services offerings Learn and apply product/domain knowledge in support engagement Interested candidates can apply to HR [HIDDEN TEXT]Job tags
