Job description
We are hiring for Area Sales Manager for US bases MNC in Contact Lens Industry for Pune, Maharashtra.
- Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
- Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the sales team.
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Revenue : Deliver overall revenue and volumes as per plan. Responsible for achievement of revenue targets assigned to distributors.
Requirements - A Bachelors or a Masters degree with minimum 4-5 years of experience in sales in General Trades for Optical industry.
- Able to initiate and implement the marketing strategy and handle operations independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communications – ability to interface with all levels of the organization.
