Position: Fulfillment Executive
About Shoppre Shoppre enables consumers & businesses across the globe to shop from any Indian online stores and get it delivered at their doorstep. Established in 2017, Shoppre has been able to reach 140+ countries across the globe and is growing at almost 200% year-on-year. Started by two women entrepreneurs, currently its a young team of 60+ on this mission to simplify cross-border e-commerce.
Recent Press Coverage Website Responsibilities - Handling customer queries from different sources such as chats, calls, emails.
- Ensuring all the orders are placed on an E-Commerce site.
- Ensuring a disciplined follow-up mechanism to acquire customers.
- Follow Up with vendors like Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, etc...
- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.
Requirements - 12th Pass or Any Bachelor's Degree
- Computer skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Good communication Skills

- We are looking for candidates who are located in Bangalore.

Working hours: 2 Shifts ( 8 AM - 5 PM ,2 PM to 11 PM). Rotational week-off
