Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a US Debt Collection Specialist. This is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. As a Junior US Debt Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for contacting and negotiating with debtors to collect overdue payments. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in debt collection and possess excellent communication skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in US debt collection
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of 1st party collection and 3rd party collection processes
• Ability to handle hardcore collection cases
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with debt collection laws and regulations

Roles and Responsibilities

• Contact and negotiate with debtors to collect outstanding payments
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of debt collection activities
• Develop a strong understanding of debt collection laws and regulations
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or disputes
• Prepare and send collection letters, emails, and other relevant documents
• Make recommendations for settlements or legal actions as necessary
• Provide regular updates and reports on debt collection activities
