Role: Senior Business Development Executive

Location: Thane, Maharashtra
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
Education: Graduate
Salary: 45,000 - 50,000 INR Per Month
Required Skills:
Proficiency in LinkedIn Lead Generation: Ability to effectively utilize LinkedIn for generating leads and expanding the client base.
Strong Sales Acumen: Demonstrated aptitude for understanding customer needs, pitching products/services, and closing deals successfully.
CRM and ERP Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management)and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, understanding their functionalities and benefits.
Proven Team Leadership Experience: Track record of effectively leading and motivating teams towards achieving sales targets and organizational goals.
Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and persuasive communication abilities, both verbal and written, to engage clients, negotiate deals, and collaborate with internal teams effectively.
Office Location: Thane
Work Mode: Work From Office
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Work Hours: 10 AM to 6 PM
