It provides IELTS, PTE & Duolingo coaching to over 5500 students a year, sends 1400 to 1500 students abroad for study, and offers visitor visa and student dependent visa advisory services. The company is based in Ahmedabad having offices in Ahmedabad, Kalol, Mehsana, Rajkot, Patan and Toronto (Canada).

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Human Resources Specialist role located in Ahmedabad Head Office. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as:

• End-to-end Recruitment
• Developing and implementing HR policies
• Managing employee benefits
• On-boarding
• Training, learning & development
• Overseeing personnel management
• Attendance & leave management
• Events and milestones activities (work anniversary, birthday, festivals, etc.)
• Office discipline
• Exit formalities
• Ensuring the organization's compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
• Knowledge of employee benefits and personnel management
• Excellent organizational and communication skills- English, Hindi & working knowledge of Gujarati
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Understanding of performance appraisal, competency mapping, employment laws and regulations
• Experience in the overseas education recruitment industry will be highly preferred.
