About the Job

We're currently hiring for the position of Corporate Presales in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of presales experience in Aerospace / Automotive domain and hold a Bachelor's degree in mechanical or any equivalent discipline (an MBA in any discipline is preferred). As a Corporate Presales resource, you'll play a crucial role in supporting leadership to maintain client accounts and ensuring compliance with all account management processes. Applicants should have strong technical proficiency to understand engineering service requirements and be adept with spreadsheets, presentations, and other productivity tools to support the front-end team.

What You'll Do

• Meeting revenue targets as agreed upon, ensuring the achievement of business objectives.
• Managing inquiries and requests from both internal and external customers, addressing their needs effectively.
• Proactively monitoring accounts to ensure that services provided align with their budget and requirements.
• Collaborating regularly with team members to discuss progress and brainstorm innovative strategies for business enhancement.
• Generating progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization, providing insights into performance and areas for improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience with any engineering services organization involving customer interaction and coordination.
• Technical and professional experience within an engineering service organization to support the front-end account management team.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for data tracking, interpretation, and preparation of charts for reporting purposes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to liaise with teams developing products/services to gain in-depth knowledge, enabling better customer relations.
