Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing employee benefits, communicating with employees and managers, processing payroll, managing employee relations, and implementing HR policies. The Manager will also be responsible for recruitment and new hire on-boarding, and managing team performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing HR policies and employee relations of more than 2 years
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage recruitment and on-boarding processes
• Proficiency in processing payroll and managing employee benefits
• Experience in managing team performance and implementing HR initiatives
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
