This person will be responsible for many of the core networks and systems that drive our IT tech stack and will work closely with our IT helpdesk and project managers within the business to ensure implementations and integrations run smoothly Responsibilities: Collaborate with members of the IT team, infosec team, and tech ops team to ensure all systems are maintained and running smoothly. Partner with project owners in the business to ensure that any tasks required for our core IT systems as part of new initiatives or other system implementations are completed in a timely manner. Deploy and maintain infrastructure on both AWS and Azure. Support and maintain our internal SSO Solution on One Identity. Support and maintain our VPN solutions Support and maintain our internal network infrastructure Support and maintain our internal security tech stack Manage relationships with hardware and software vendors and service providers Support new IT projects or tickets requiring system administrator expertise for networking, email deliverability, security Perform support for software, hardware, and various infrastructure-related issues according to IT Services support policies and within SLA. Maintain problem status/resolution information in a ticketing database. Qualifications: You have 5+ years of system administrator experience in the technology space ideally within a B2B SaaS company Cisco CCNA or equivalent networking certification Certifications from AWS and/or Azure are a plus Demonstrated ability to work independently, across different platforms and applications, participate in multiple projects, and flex between solving technical and business problems Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Experience working with Apple Mac laptop configuration and deployment Experience working with Google Workspaces Relevant experience using OneLogin, Active Directory, Azure, AWS, Cisco, Zscaler, Proofpoint, Jamf, Intune, Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence) Workato, HappyFox, or any of the other tools we use or support is a plus.Job tags
