Responsibilities
Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to support end-user adoption of Salesforce solutions.
Configure and customize clients' requirements
Document and analyze required information and data
Proactively identify and address issues related to Salesforce configuration and user adoption.
Creation and delivery of requirements, planning documentation, features,, and functional specifications.
Perform research and implement best practices for problem avoidance and continuous improvement.
Key Skills
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Potential or experience in people coordination skills.
