Job Overview We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to join our team at Aarvi Trade Solution LLP. As the E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our online sales and presence. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in the field. The job is based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, and is a full-time role.
Qualifications And Skills - 4 to 6 years of experience in e-commerce management.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of e-commerce platforms and systems.
- Proficiency in web design, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proven track record of driving online sales and improving conversion rates.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in marketing and implementing online marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
- Familiarity with automation tools and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Graphic design skills are a plus.
Roles And Responsibilities - Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and customer engagement.
- Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce platforms to ensure a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience.
- Monitor and analyze website performance, sales metrics, and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and logistics, to develop and execute online marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Oversee product listings and content creation, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Research and stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process automation to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor competitor activities and propose strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
