Job description
Responsibilities
Understand the testing effort by analyzing the requirements of the project. Technical Documentation Check / Review the Test Cases documents. Act as the single point of contact between Development and Testers. Track and prepare the report of testing activities like test testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered, and their status, performance baselines, etc. Coordinate between Development and Implementation teams Create, maintain and execute test cases and test plans and provide clear and concise reports. Additionally, work on improving the operational efficiency of the QA team by assessing the current quality assurance practices and incorporating new QA strategies. Ensure testing processes are followed daily while also assisting and mentoring other members of the quality assurance team. Technical Skills Manual Testing Android + Web Testing both Basic knowledge of backend Test Cases formulation Tool knowledge - Bugzilla Personal Skills Should be willing to learn new technologies Stellar problem-solving techniques Confident, Responsible, and Highly motivated Good at Internal Team Communication Ability to work under immense pressure which is balanced by a sense of responsibility and ownership and should be able to groom juniors and take them to the next levelJob tags
