Job description
Role/ Key Responsibilities Ø Responsible for full cycle of Accounting (AP, AR, Bank & Cash with reconciliations, Journal, TB, Financial Statements) Ø Coordinate and collaborate with clients and their team Ø Regularly produce Accounting reports with their analytical review and making sure that they are current and accurate Ø Adhere to proper accounting methods, policies and principles Ø Provide support in concurrent, periodical and annual internal review / audit Key Requirements Ø B.Com. / M.Com. / Inter CA (at least 3 years' experience) in accounting in any accounting firm, preferably offshore consulting company (Freshers need not applyas the position requires prior experience) Ø Working knowledge of Full Accounting Cycle Ø Committed to meeting deadlines and solving problems Ø Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships Ø Analytical skills with detail orientation Ø Excellent soft skills Ø Tech savvy - quick learner still technology independent Ø Ability to work at speed and under pressure Ø Experience in the offshore accounting firm or a CA firm is preferred
