The ideal candidate will have relevant sales experience in electric motors, generators, pumps, industrial equipment, machinery, servo motors, automation, electrical equipment, and transformers.Duties you'll be entrusted with:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets within the region.Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and meet sales objectives.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners within the region.Identify new business opportunities and work with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead in the competitive market.Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the senior management team.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints on time.Expectations from you:Basic RequirementsBachelor’s degree or Diploma in EngineeringMinimum of 15 plus years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsSkills RequirementsStrong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.In-depth knowledge of electric motors, pumps, transformers, industrial equipment, machinery manufacturing industry, and market trends.Experience and knowledge of markets in North India, especially Delhi.Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
