Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Counselor. The Sales Counselor will be responsible for customer satisfaction, communication, customer service, and sales. They should have exceptional organizational skills to effectively manage customer data.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with customers
- Proven track record in customer satisfaction and customer service
- Strong sales skills with the ability to meet and exceed quotas
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage customer data effectively
- Prior experience in sales is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Familiarity with the education industry is a plus
