Responsibilities
Managing delivery & execution of projects on the ECM side, including capital market updates, newsletters, shareholder/ownership analysis, IPO comps/analysis, new equity issuance analysis, Capital structure analysis, Investor analysis and profiles, ECM transaction case studies, company profiles, industry research, league tables, etc. Similar with some experience of Dealogic/ Bloomberg/ FactSet databases with keywords as Implied or Realized Volatility/ Dividend Policy Analysis / Share Holder Return Analysis / IPO Case Studies / Peer Indexing / Fund Flows / Free Float / Top shareholders / Listing structures / etc. Demonstrate strength and flair in client requester relationship building and management, information/knowledge needs assessment. MBA / CFA/ CA Relevant experience of 4 to 6 years in Investment Banking preferably Equity Capital market (ECM) team of a bank, boutique firm, KPO, consultancy, or advisory firm Should have fair knowledge about capital markets, equity offerings, and equity-linked offerings like convertible bond market. l Strong statistical and analytical skills to assess the economic performance/analysis of companies and industries for clients l Working knowledge of databases such as Dealogic, FactSet, Bloomberg, Merger Market, Capital IQ, Thomson Research, etc. l MS Office skills – should be good in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word Interested candidates can also share their resume on [email protected]Job tags
