We foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and passion for both our team and clients.What You Will Do:As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant at Jax Consulting, you will be the key driver of client success, responsible for the delivery of cutting-edge solutions, handling proposals, exploring new business opportunities, and sharing your knowledge. You will play a crucial role in guiding our customers and our team through the software development lifecycle.Your responsibilities will include:Translating business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions.Hands-on configuration to implement required functionality and solution design.Migrating data from legacy systems and other Salesforce implementations.Providing detailed estimates and articulating solution benefits and risks.Offering expert-level solution design support to developers.Managing the execution of test plans to ensure a high-quality solution.Staying up-to-date with new Salesforce product capabilities.Assisting with sales efforts and technical scoping.Demonstrating thought leadership through publications and presentations.Mentoring junior team membersAligning team resources to scheduled projects.Qualifications:7+ years of CRM industry experience.Excellent client-facing communication skills.Deep understanding of the Salesforce product suite, specifically Marketing CloudMinimum 5 years of Salesforce experience and 3 years in an Consultant or Architect role.Ability to lead requirements gathering sessions and provide insights.Experience in comprehensive technical design using Salesforce capabilities.Ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate systems.Active Salesforce certifications or willingness to obtain them.Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.5+ years of external consulting experience.Experience in designing solutions using Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Apex.Availability for occasional late hours to accommodate US client meetings.Location: RemoteWhat We Offer:A collaborative team environment with a strong sense of shared responsibility.An emphasis on innovation and continuous improvement.Competitive benefits and compensation.Opportunities for rapid career growth and talent development.A fun and casual team environment where you're valued as an important part of our team.Learning opportunities in new and exciting technologies.At Jax Consulting, we're dedicated to helping our clients thrive with top-notch Salesforce solutions.
