Job description
Position: Finance Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
- Oversee the preparation and issuance of invoices to clients accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure financial stability and adherence to company goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any financial inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports for senior management to aid in decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate financial risks.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with proven expertise in accounts management and receivables.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
