Job description
Designation: Formwork & scaffolding Supervisor
Candidate should have extensive and experience in working with scaffolding systems, including practical knowledge of scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling processes .
Strong understanding of relevant safety regulations, such as OSHA guidelines, is essential.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are necessary to effectively supervise and coordinate scaffolding activities on construction sites.
candidate shall be aware of preplanning of the scaffold including weight limitations, scaffold type, fall protection, tie-offs, supports, etc. Overseeing the erection of the scaffold Final inspection of the scaffold prior to initial occupation for use.
candidate shall be aware of scaffolding components such as planks, couplers & couplers, foot plates etc.
