Job Title: Asst Manager/Manager - Business Development Manager
Location: Gurugram, Travelling Required
Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) and new store expansion to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to scout kitchen locations for our food brand, negotiate terms and rentals, and facilitate lease agreements.
Responsibilities - Identify and evaluate prospective kitchen locations across existing and new territories.
- Conduct market research to assess the viability and potential of each location.
- Negotiate rental rates, lease terms, and occupancy agreements with landlords and property owners.
- Facilitate closure on lease agreements in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of rent payments and escalation clauses.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with landlords, property managers, and other relevant partners.
- Handle lease expiry and termination processes efficiently and professionally.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the operations team regarding premises-related issues.
- Manage necessary licenses and permits required for each location.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and seamless operations at each kitchen location.
Requirements - Proven track record of prior work experience in QSR, new store expansion, and business development roles.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable lease terms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail
- Familiarity with local zoning laws, regulations, and real estate market trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/G-Suite
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience in the food and beverage industry.
- Knowledge of commercial leasing practices and procedures.
